|Tips From Your Butcher||For a melt-in-your-mouth filet, you have to use Strawberry’s Backyard Steak Shake. Add your seasoning 24-35 hours before grilling, so the papaya juice extract that’s a natural meat tenderizer—has time to work. Get your grill nice and hot, between 550-600℉, and sear each side of the steak for 1-1.5 minutes. For a medium-rare filet, you’ll need to damper your heat to 350-400℉ and continue cooking each side 7-8 minutes. If you must cook it to medium, cook each side for 8-10 minutes.|
