Details
Baby Back Ribs are also known as Pork Loin Ribs or Pork Loin Back Ribs, because butchers cut the ribs from the back of the hog, between the spine and spare ribs. This meaty portion of ribs offers more meat and flavor than Spare Ribs. As a pork loin cut, Harter House Meats’ tender, tasty Baby Back Ribs are sure to please.

Additional Information
| Tips From Your Butcher | The secret to the perfect Baby Back Ribs is to cook them slowly, on low heat; and be patient. When preparing your grill, keep your charcoal piled, so you can cook your ribs on indirect heat. At the minimum, cook your ribs for 2 hours per pound at 200℉. But if you can tide over your appetite, the longer you let them cook the better. During the last half hour of cooking, brush with your favorite barbecue sauce and let the flavor continue cooking in. |
