Salmon with Horseradish Crust

First, make your horseradish crust: mix cream butter and horseradish in a small bowl, adding bread crumbs after blending. Keep it simple and season your Alaskan Wild Salmon with salt and pepper. After seasoning your salmon, mound the bread crumb mixture on top until the salmon is completely covered.

While preheating your broiler, heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet on the stove. Lay the salmon in the skillet and brown bottom of the salmon over medium-high. Next, slide the salmon under your broiler and cook 3-4 minutes or until the bread crumb crust is a golden brown on top. Keep it warm until serving. For a great side dish, try your Alaskan Wild Salmon with asparagus sautéed in olive oil, fresh squeezed lemon, and salt and pepper, topped with shredded Parmesan.
